When can I expect to take delivery of my order?
Our products are prepared by hand and it may take up 1 to 2 business days to assemble and ship orders. Orders are shipped to any part of the world free of charge by FEDEX, UPS, DHL EXPRESS, TNT EXPRESS, and the delivery time of the product is maximum 1 to 5 business days from the shipment. Based on your location, it is possible to receive an early delivery.

How are the products packed?
Canvas products are shipped in a strong cardboard box. We ship this product as wrapped and stretched, ready to hang! We send it together with a bracket to hang the product on the wall easily. Unbox, hang and enjoy!.
Can I change the shipping address once the order has been placed?
If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can still change the address for you. But changing the order information may delay delivery.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes of course. You can find the cargo tracking number on the membership page. If you are not a member, the tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail.
I received my tracking details, but it doesn’t show any movement, what should I do?
If it has been more than two days since your order has been shipped and any movement is not reflected on the website of the courier company, or if it has been more than 48 hours since the last tracking update, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
What should I do if the tracking website states my package was delivered, but I never received it?

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. The shipping address in your order should have a valid street address.
Can my product be installed at customs?
We ship worldwide without any exceptions. We hope you will not have any problem with customs and border crossing. When ordering, please enter your contact information accurately and completely. (If customs officers fail to reach you, it is your responsibility.) If the customs fee is charged on your product, the customs officer will contact you. Accept the additional payment that they will reflect to you and get your product delivered.
